Lottery Bulk Application 2017

Its Lotteries time again! TLFNZ will be collating completed applications and making a bulk submission to New Zealand Lottery Grant Board; with results expected to be advised in May 2018.

Applications must be RECEIVED by  24th November 2017.

 This year, libraries can select if they would like to apply for toys, insurance, rent or library database/financial software. You may choose more than one option.

Please read the guidelines below.

As with the recent Accountability submissions you can submit onlinre (preferred) or download the pdf form below and post it in, but you MUST answer the link in the email to let us know how you will be submitting. Your library will have been sent an email with the link to the submission process via Survey Monkey. If you have any questions contact  support@toylibrary.co.nz or office@toylibrary.co.nz.
